Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an SMMFortik order may be cancelled, when a request needs review, and why some orders cannot be stopped after processing begins. SMMFortik works as a tiktok smm panel and social media service platform where users should check service rules, submit correct links, and understand order status before requesting cancellation.

5 Main Rules

Before You Request a Cancellation

Cancellation rules depend on the exact order status, service type, provider queue, link condition, and whether delivery has already started. These rules help users understand what can realistically be reviewed before opening a ticket.

01
Pending orders may be reviewed. If the order has not started yet, a cancellation request may be possible, but it is not automatically guaranteed.
02
Processing orders may not stop instantly. Once the system or provider queue starts, cancellation depends on whether the order can still be safely interrupted.
03
In-progress orders are usually difficult to cancel. When delivery has already started, the service may continue, become partial, or require support review instead of direct cancellation.
04
Completed orders cannot be cancelled. If the order is already completed, support may review delivery concerns, but cancellation is generally not available.
05
Wrong links must be reported quickly. If you submitted an incorrect link, open a ticket immediately. If delivery already started, correction may be limited.
Review Flow

How Cancellation Requests Are Reviewed

SMMFortik reviews cancellation requests through support tickets only. This keeps the order ID, payment record, submitted link, and service status in one clear place.

1
User opens a ticket Include the order ID, reason, correct link if needed, and a short explanation.
2
Support checks the status The team reviews whether the order is pending, processing, in progress, partial, or completed.
3
Service conditions are reviewed Some services can be stopped early, while others cannot be interrupted after queue entry.
4
Final answer is provided Support may approve cancellation, explain why it is unavailable, or suggest the next step.

When Cancellation May Not Be Available

Some situations are outside a simple cancellation request. These examples explain why support may reject cancellation, offer a limited review, or ask the user to wait for the order status to update.

A
Delivery Already Started If delivery has started, the order may not be stoppable. Support may review whether partial handling is possible.
B
Order Already Completed Completed orders generally cannot be cancelled. Delivery concerns should be reviewed under service rules.
C
Wrong Link Reported Late If the wrong link was submitted and delivery already happened, correction or credit may be limited.
D
Private or Deleted Target Private profiles, deleted posts, changed usernames, or restricted targets may affect cancellation and delivery review.
E
Provider Queue Locked Some services enter a provider queue quickly and cannot be reversed once accepted by the system.
F
Platform Conditions Platform updates, filtering, delays, or technical restrictions can change how an order is reviewed.
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund, balance return, or service reversal. The final decision depends on order status, service rules, delivery progress, and support review. If your concern is about results after completion, read What Happens After Delivery.
